[Software Description] This software updates the 2RZ series TeraStation's firmware to version 2.62. If your unit's firmware is already version 2.62 or later, you don't need this update. [How to confirm firmware version] Select your TeraStation from the NAS Navigator2 search screen. The firmware version is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the status screen. [Before updating the firmware] - Please consult your local representative if you experience any problems caused by this firmware update. - Do not turn the unit off until the update is finished. It will take several minutes. You will receive a message when the update is finished. - USB drives are not mounted automatically after a firmware update. To mount them, unplug and then reconnect them. - If there are two TeraStations with the same hostname on the network, Updater will not work properly. In such a case, change one of the hostnames. [How to use the updater] 1. Extract the file you have downloaded. 2. Please execute "update", refer to the screen instruction. [Version History] If you are updating from an early TeraStation firmware (1.04 or earlier), this update will change the layout and functionality of Settings.
