This software is WHR-G300N Ver.1.65.
This software is a firmware for WHR-G300N (Ver.1.65).
This firmware can be only applied for the model indicated as [WHR-G300N] in the MODEL field on the label attached on the back of the unit.
Do not use it for other products.

Minimum Requirement
- Compatible OS: Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000/Me/98SE, Mac OS X 10.4/10.5
- Compatible browser: InternetExplorer5.5 or later version, NetscapeNavigater6.0 or later version
- TCP/IP protocol is necessary for firmware update.
- Wired or wireless network card.
How to update the firmware
Connecting AirStation and computer individually by wired LAN is recommended for firmware update.
- Start up Windows.
- Please confirm both LAN adapter and AirStation's IP address exist same network segment. Refer to User Manual for IP address setting.
- Select [Run] from Start Menu.
Enter "http://192.168.11.1/" (AirStation's LAN side IP address) in the field and click "OK" button.
Enter "root" for user name and keep the password field blank when login prompt appears.
Enter proper password if password is configured.
- Click "Update AirStation Firmware" from top screen.

- Click "Browse" button on the right side of "Firmware File Name" then select extracted firmware file, whrg300n-*** (*** depends on firmware version.) and click "Update Firmware".
- The DIAG LED flashes 6 minutes during firmware update. The LED turns off after firmware update.
* Do not turn the AirStation off when firmware update is performed. (Flashing DIAG LED) It causes malfunction the unit.

- Please click "Diagnostic" tab from top screen to see System Information.
- Confirm Model name is "WHR-G300N Ver.1.65".

[Bug fix]
- Solved the problem that SSID automatically generated when using AOSS could be duplicated with SSID which is manually configured.
- Solved the problem that the port mapping information is not cleared when UPnP feature is enabled/disabled.
- Improved the connectivity with some of wireless LAN AirStation such as WLP-CB-AG 300 when using WPA-PSK.

- UPnP Port Mapping information is remained even configuration is changed except Port Mapping information.

[Bug fix]
- Solved the problem 300Mbps Mode and AutoChannel feature can be used at the same time. The specification does not allow it.
- Solved the problem the detecting WAN side connection type by Internet Connection Wizard is failed.
- Improved detecting WAN side connection type by Internet Connection Wizard.
- Solved the problem the UPnP feature does not work after frequent setting change of UPnP feature.
